Management of The Oaks Mall has selected BHGRE Commercial to assist in local leasing for The Oaks Mall in Gainesville
Gainesville, FL — BHGRE Commercial was chosen to assist in leasing commercial space in The Oaks Mall, featuring over 900,000 square feet in the heart of Gainesville. The Oaks Mall is Greater Gainesville’s premier shopping mall, anchoring the Newberry Road retail corridor. This Gainesville staple is located at 6419 W Newberry Road, and features over 100 retailers, restaurants, and ample parking.

The Oaks Mall is situated less than half of a mile from I-75’s Newberry Road exit, one of Gainesville’s busiest intersections. The Oaks Mall is anchored by Dillard’s, Belk, JCPenney, and UF Health Ophthalmology Medical Center (owned separately).
