BHGRE Commercial is a full-service real estate firm in North Central Florida with a primary focus on commercial real estate leasing and sales. We are a dedicated group of experienced professionals, ready to assist every client through every step of their real estate transactions. Thomas Group was founded by Matt and Tiffany Thomas in 2008 to be Gainesville’s most exclusive real estate agency, serving both residential and commercial clients. Today, our team of over 60 experienced Real Estate Agents and Marketing Professionals strive to offer every customer a personal “hands-on” approach to every real estate transaction.
Thomas Group founded our Commercial & Land Division in 2012, with a team of Gainesville’s top Commercial Real Estate Agents, led by Brian Oen and John Thomas. We have since continued to add to our diverse team of experienced professionals, all dedicated to operating with the highest standard of ethics and customer service, while launching BHGRE Commercial in 2021.

With a history in the Food & Beverage Industry, BHGRE Commercial President, Brian Oen brings a diverse set of skills and experience to his role of leading the BHGRE Commercial team. His entrepreneurial spirit, and business-owner mindset led him to develop an all-encompassing approach to further advise his clients on how to best maximize the value of their commercial real estate investments. Brain is also the founder of Gainesville’s Real Estate Investors Association, and shares Market Action Updates regularly to keep his clients informed.
BHGRE Real Estate Thomas Group Senior Vice President, John Thomas, has been assisting clients in the acquisition of Commercial Real Estate and Land in North Central Florida for over a decade. Born in the College Park neighborhood of Midtown Gainesville, just north of the University of Florida, John’s father was a local businessman and real estate investor, leading the way for the Thomas Group Real Estate future.
