BHGRE Commercial is pleased to announce that locally-owned BrickRoad will be coming soon to Haile Village Center in the former Limerock space! BHGRE's Brian Oen, Gavin Johnson, and Ken Mears represented the Landlord, and BHGRE's Art Nagan, represented the new Tenant, BrickRoad.
BrickRoad will be owned and operated by the same team as That Bar and Table in Haile Market Square. The new concept will offer American Fare, with elevated chef-driven weekly specials, a full bar, patio seating, and so much more. The menu will feature American favorites you’d expect at your favorite bistro, offering a variety of mouth-watering appetizers, craft cocktails, delectable entrees, and craveable desserts in a casual, relaxed environment.
Owners Jay Hula & Pat Smith have deep roots and longstanding ties to the Gainesville area. Their passion for the local community has left incredible impact already, and they’re eager to continue on that journey with this new concept. Originally introduced by their wives, this power-house duo soon established a fierce friendship, and a loyal following with their first concept. They then jumped on the special opportunity to lease this new location as soon as it became available. Jay & Pat hope this new concept will act as a continuation of the passion they have poured into this community, and are eager to create another space for neighbors and friends to gather and make memories.
BrickRoad plans to be open 7 days a week, and will offer everything from Brunch, to Happy Hour, to Dinner and Dessert with full table service, with later weekend hours, and third-party delivery and to-go services. The casual-classy atmosphere will be dog-friendly, family-friendly, and their goal is to eventually bring back regular live music on the weekends. BrickRoad plans to open their doors before the end of the year.
